Wow what an eye opening book!

This book is loaded with facts and figures and case studies to back up the authors feelings. There is tons of information in here and you'll probably want to re-read it several times to make sure you understand it all. He takes a look at a variety of different vaccines including chicken pox, the flu, hepatitis B, and measles, mum,ps and rubella. He also talks about the reasoning behind the Center for Disease Control and the World Health Organization for encouraging these vaccines. Most of all, I enjoyed the section on the connection between vaccines and autism spectrum disorders. The figures he presents of vaccinated children having 120% more asthma, 317% more ADHD, 185% more neurological disorders and 146% more autism than those not vaccinated really grabbed my attention as a mom with children affected both with ADHD and asthma. Definitely an eye opening read!

Great Book

My child had a reaction to a vaccine when he was two. His doctor told me I was mistaken, that the vaccine didn't cause his problems. He then brought is partner in to tell me I was mistaken!! Dr. Moritz books backs up what I knew instinctually at the time. All Mothers should read this book!

A Fascinating Book

The author's main point is that vaccines can
precipitate toxic overloads, inflammation and
other unintended side effects which can be more
dangerous than the disease to be prevented.
Vaccines are said to contain dangerous ingredients
like formaldehyde, anti-freeze agents and antibodies.
In addition, vaccines can cause genetic switches to
go on or off, according to the author.
These findings beg for the need to consider
replacing vaccine additives which are inorganically
based with ones that derive from natural substances
which are organically based.
The author points out that vaccinated children
have more asthma,allergies, ear infections, apnea,
tonsillitis and hyperactivity. Interestingly,
aboriginals cut their skin and expose it to dirt
to acquire a natural immunity against dangerous toxins.
And so, what does a parent do if a child isn't
vaccinated? The author doesn't make this clear.
In my own experience, check with a practitioner
of Alternative or Complementary Medicine.
There is a National Center for Complementary
or Alternative Medicine of the
National Institutes of Health. Due to the plethora
of non-conventional medicinal protocols,
the NIH has created a National Center for
Complementary or Alternative Medicine to advise
patients.
In this reviewer's experience, there are important
health tonics which benefit children like acidophilus
which promotes good bacteria, Vitamin C, Quercitin
and other antioxidants. These are potential alternatives
to vaccination if parents listen to the author and don't
vaccinate their children due to the inorganic additives.
The author provides advice on what to take after
utilizing antibiotic drugs. "If you do choose to employ
antibiotic drugs, bear in mind that they interfere with
normal digestion by killing off beneficial colon bacteria.
These are the very bacteria that make vitamin K,
the B-vitamins cobalamin and biotin, help us digest
many plant and dairy foods, strengthen the immune
system, and repress the overgrowth of pathogenic
microorganisms.
After antibiotic therapy, all persons should take yogurt
and an acidophillus supplement for a month or two to
help restore a normal, healthy bowel environment.
I have found shamefully few doctors who tell
this to their patients, said the author. " 1)
Reduced incidence of necrotizing enterocolitis
associated with enteral administration of
Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium
infantis to neonates in an intensive care unit.

A child born with virtually no immune system receives
vaccines loaded with toxins . The result can trigger
disease processes that are far worse than the illness
to be prevented by the vaccine, according to the author.
The author points out that there are lower infection
rates due to improved sanitation, nutrition and
living conditions- not vaccinations per se.
Another problem , according to the author,
is that vaccine potency can be increased
via adjuvants. These adjuvants increase
potency tremendously so that a much smaller
amount of the vaccine can have the same or
similar effect.
"Once this toxic sludge is injected directly into the blood,
it will inevitably make its way into the brain, spleen,
kidneys, liver, joint fluids, blood vessel walls,
lymph vessels and connective tissues of intestines,
lungs, breasts and other parts, according to the author."
The author explains how large scale vaccinations in
poorer countries have had the unintended effect of
increased infertility. On the other hand, snake venom
has been known to induce immunity against future
rattlesnake bites. The immunity is caused by the
body generating anti-serum to neutralize the
toxic effects of the snake venum. The achieved cellular
immunity protects the body against future exposure to
the same toxin.
This is true unless the degree of exposure greatly
exceeds the bodily detoxification and compensation
ability . So, a carefully constructed vaccine can
have a beneficial outcome as demonstrated by the snake
venum application provided by the author. The reader
should understand that vaccine protocols
aren't universally bad.
Overall, the book mentions important implications for
current and future vaccination programs . There is a need
to search for alternatives to vaccines loaded with
toxins and inorganic chemical combinations which could
confound natural bodily processes. The author doesn't
provide too much detail on viable vaccination
alternatives.
The author also suggests a possible alteration of
DNA switching sequences. The presentation raises enough
questions to revisit the scientific control group design
which proves or disproves the efficacy of individual
vaccination programs devoid of harmful side effects
or unintended health consequences.
Patients should discuss the efficacy of individual vaccines
and alternatives with their personal physicians or
health practitioner(s) in the experience of the reviewer .
Always ask the health practitioner for a list of ingredients
or additives for the vaccine you are considering.
This information should be readily
available to all patients. Discuss practical
alternatives and contraindications for any vaccine
considered by you.

Dr. Andreas Moritz (born January 27, 1954) is an author,
lecturer and practitioner in the field of Alternative
and Integrative Medicine.
Moritz has studied iridology under Dr. Harry Kirchofer,
a German iridology physician and naturopath. He is a
former teacher of Transcendental Meditation.
In 1980, he researched mind/body medicine at the
Maharishi European Research University (MERU) in
Seelisberg, Switzerland, with a focus in Ayurvedic medicine.
Ayurvedic mentors included Dr. V.M. Dwivedi,
Dr. Balraj Maharishi, and
Dr. Brihaspati Dev Triguna of India. In 1988,
he graduated from the British School of Shiatsu
in London, England. By 1991, he completed
Ayurveda training and became a certified
